Building Crews
We take pride in the professionalism and inclusion of our crews, and always do our best to give crews of all sizes the equipment and environment they need to create compelling stories. Our strong history of bringing both student and professional crew members together on our teams keeps them coming back from project to project to work and grow with us.
Quality of Life
The filmmaking industry has a history of capitalizing off of under-appreciated and overworked talent for the glamour of cinema. While we love movies as much as the next company, we are constantly working to change (and be the change) in this culture with a new generation that has different expectations of on-set life. We don’t just invest in our films, we invest in our filmmakers.
Casting
Stories matter. And because of that, the people who tell stories matter. We are committed to inclusivity and equality in everything we do, and that’s no different with our casting department.
Our Stories
We look to tell stories that highlight underrepresented perspectives, unique characters, and thought-provoking concepts. From the ultra-focused character study to large and sprawling comedies, the only project we can’t make is a boring one.
